Therapy with me is not about fixing you, because I do not believe your pain means you are broken. I view anxiety, grief, and trauma as deeply human responses to a demanding world. My practice is trauma-informed and intersectional, meaning we look at the bigger picture of your life including the social, cultural, and relational systems that impact you every day. Together, we work at a pace that feels manageable, giving you the quiet and the clarity to make sense of your self and your experiences.
In my practice, I have worked with people who are exhausted by chronic anxiety, navigating the heavy reality of grief, or trying to break free from repeating painful relationship patterns. If you are going through a major life transition or trying to figure out who you are outside of the expectations placed on you by family or society, we will look closely at what is keeping you stuck.
